POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Person

  1. Process parts requisitions including pulling, palletizing, or bundling material from shelves and racks.
  2. Prepare job site deliveries including loading and securing materials, parts, assemblies and other equipment to the vehicle.
  3. Pickup parts, material, tools, supplies and equipment, as needed, from local vendors and warehouse for processing.
  4. Assist in receiving and processing part and supply shipments including reconciling packing lists with quantities received, reporting count/item discrepancies and reporting damages to purchaser, locating stock material in shelves, racks, etc. as directed.
  5. Moves material and other items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas.
  6. Sorts and places material on rack, shelves or in bins according to predetermined storage assignments.
  7. Assembles orders from stock or receiving and readies orders for delivery/pickup to mechanic.
  8. Delivers orders to customers.
  9. Assist with good housekeeping and maintenance within the warehouse, yard, and other facilities.
  10. Plan efficient route for delivery of orders to mechanics.
  11. Ensure all delivery items are properly marked and comply with applicable hazardous material requirements.
  12. Assist with annual inventory; and keep delivery vehicle clean and in safe working condition.
  13. Serve as the last quality control check for correct delivery of material.
  14. Conduct spot inventory checks as directed.
  15. Performs other duties as assigned.
  1. High school graduate.
  2. One year forklift and warehouse/delivery experience preferred.
  3. Valid Type 3 Hawaii driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
  4. Ability to lift 50 – 100 pounds regularly.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours (starting times/ shift).
  6. Good geographical knowledge of island helpful and ability to read maps.
  7. Must be at least 21 years of age.
