POSITION TITLE: Plant Coordinator

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
  1. Maintain attendance & PTO records for hourly personnel
  2. Code and enter daily payroll in Vista
  3. Compile weekly payroll summary for regular & overtime hours and email weekly
  4. Turn in timecards daily to corporate office.
  5. Maintain report for PTO requests for manager to ensure proper work coverage for plants statewide
  6. Maintain current training records of all plant personnel
  7. Create PO, maintain list, and track all parts and materials for plants
  8. Update repair log / maintenance reports for all plants statewide.
  9. Complete production and maintenance reports for each pep screen/crusher for both accounting and environmental dept.
  10. Complete and/or review daily plant production reports for neighbor islands
  11. Complete and file environmental inspections for all plants statewide.
  12. Send out weekly emails to customers regarding plant mixes and shifts (weekend / nights).
  13. Compile quarterly survey data for all islands and send reports to accounting
  14. Answer customer sales/order calls as needed
  15. Act as back up for scale dispatch
  16. Performs other duties as assigned.
  17. Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
  18. Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. 2+ years of administrative and/or customer support required
  2. Dispatching experience is preferred, but not required.
  3. Ability to obtain a Weigh Master License within 6 months of employment
  4. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Email. Adaptable to in-house software. Keyboarding skills sufficient to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  5. Excellent math aptitude to manipulate numbers quickly and identify discrepancies that might appear on calculations.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills to discuss, share, obtain technical information with internal and external customers at all levels.
  7. Must be able to read and understand job, equipment, and environmental requirements/specifications/regulations.
