PRINCIPAL DUTIES
  1. Responsible for creating and maintenance of a library of quotes, job cards, customer base, submittals, project specs and any associated notes, and a database of internal and independent lab test results on aggregate, hot mix asphalt plant and SS1 products.
  2. Ability to establish and manage the Company Customer Relationship Management (CRM)software.
  3. Looks for sales leads online through various agency websites including but not limited to GCA, City and county, HIePro (State), HePS (State Schools), DOT procurement, Fedbiz, bidservice, etc.
  4. Performs administrative functions: Types various documents as required. Prepares and submits various reports (sales, inventory, customer/project status,). Field sales calls for hot mix asphalt, aggregates and SS1products.
  5. Willingness to do office visits and take customers out to build client relationships and gather information on upcoming and on-going projects.
  6. Willingness to learn lab testing and dispatching to get a better understanding of the products and logistics of what Grace Pacific sells.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.
  8. Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
  9. Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. AS degree preferred, preferably in office management.
  2. 3 years administrative experience preferably in the construction industry and/or sales
  3. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Email; aptitude to learn in-house systems; keyboarding skills sufficient to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
  4. 10 key by touch
  5. Good math skills to perform daily tasks with speed and accuracy.
  6. Able to read and understand government forms, instructions and technical documents.
  7. Type 3 driver’s license and favorable traffic abstract.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective internal and external communications.
