PRINCIPAL DUTIES
  1. Assists in compiling and producing various reports as requested by the Operations Manager.
  2. Maintains or assists with the maintenance of a variety of records which may include accounting, quality control, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and material usage in a timely and easily accessible manner in accordance with department requirements.
  3. Provides assistance with Payroll and Accounting tasks as needed.
  4. Provides support for Terminal administration.
  5. Operates office equipment to make copies and print production packets.
  6. Performs secretarial/receptionist tasks, which may include answering phone and routing calls.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.
  8. Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
  9. Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. Some college preferred.
  2. One-year office experience, preferably in accounting.
  3. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Email; aptitude to learn accounting and scaling systems (VISTA/LIBRA); keyboarding skills sufficient to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
  4. 10-Key by touch
  5. Good math skills to handle accounting tasks with accuracy.
  6. Good reading skills
  7. Valid Hawaii driver’s license and favorable traffic abstract.
  8. Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective internal and external communications.
  10. Detail oriented.
  11. Must be at least 18 years of age.
